OUR MISSION

To provide safe and effective colon hydrotherapy, promoting wellness and vitality for every client

ONE SESSION | $225

Colon Hydrotherapy Session

Colonics, or colon hydrotherapy, involves the gentle flow of water into the colon to flush out waste and toxins.

Hydration of the colon: Colon hydrotherapy can hydrate the intestines, which may be especially helpful for individuals with chronic dehydration or who consume diets low in fiber and water. This process helps to support digestive health, promote detoxification, and improve nutrient absorption, contributing to an overall sense of well-being.

THREE SESSIONS | $645

Relief

Some people report relief from specific symptoms after colonics, such as reduced bloating, gas, and abdominal discomfort. To achieve this, we suggest 3 sessions to clear and refresh the system. For chronic conditions like irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), further treatments might be necessary to maintain symptom relief.

FIVE SESSIONS | $1050

Deep Cleansing & Digestive Health Improvement

Multiple sessions over a short period can help remove built-up waste and toxins from the colon, promoting better digestive health. For individuals with a history of constipation or digestive issues, a series of 5 colonics may be recommended to help reset and improve bowel function.

ONE SESSION | $120

Detox Foot Bath

An ionic foot bath, also known as an ionic foot detox or ionic cleanse, is a wellness therapy that involves immersing the feet in a basin of warm water while a specialized electrical device generates negatively charged ions. These negatively charged ions attract and neutralize positively charged ions in the body, which are thought to represent toxins and waste products. As the feet soak in the ionized water, then toxins and impurities from the body are drawn out through the soles of the feet and into the water.

The process is intended to provide a gentle and soothing way to promote relaxation, remove toxins from the body, improve energy levels, decrease inflammation, reduce stress, and promote overall well-being.

Health and Wellness Maintenance

Individuals interested in holistic or alternative approaches to health and wellness might view multiple colonics or detox foot baths as a regular part of their wellness routine, similar to how some people regularly receive massages or practice other wellness or beauty routines.

Tips - Before & After

  • Hydrate: Stay well-hydrated in the days leading up to your colonic. Proper hydration can help soften stool and make the procedure more effective.

8-10 glasses per day 2-3 days before the session is recommended.

Dietary Preparation: Include fruits, vegetables, smoothies, juices, soups and avoid heavy or hard-to-digest foods in the days leading up to your appointment.

Avoid Alcohol and Caffeine: In the 24 hours before your colonic, it's generally advisable to avoid alcohol and caffeine, as these can dehydrate the body and cause gas.

Avoid Carbonated Drinks: 2-7 days before your session, try to avoid anything bubbly or sparkling, as that creates unwanted air to build up in your system and create bloating and discomfort.

Other tips: Please do not eat 2 hours before or drink 1 hour before your session.

  • Hydrate: Drink plenty of water after the procedure to help flush out any remaining toxins and maintain hydration.

Eat Lightly: After the colonic, opt for light, easily digestible foods like fruits, vegetables (steamed), and soups. Avoid heavy meals that may be difficult for your digestive system.

Probiotics: Consider taking a high-quality probiotic supplement to bring beneficial bacteria into your gut.

Avoid Gassy Foods: Stay away from gas-inducing foods like beans, broccoli, raw vegetables and carbonated drinks for a day or two after the colonic to minimize discomfort.

Avoid Heavy or Processed Foods: Give your digestive system time to adjust by avoiding heavy, greasy, or processed foods for a day or two after the colonic.

Avoid Alcohol and Caffeine: These substances can be dehydrating and might place additional stress on your body after the colonic.

Follow-Up: Depending on your reasons for getting a colonic, you may need multiple sessions to achieve your desired results. Discuss a follow-up plan with your colon hydrotherapist.
